Teardown
A personal, video-first review of your funnel. You get a ranked list of fixes, each tied to a specific revenue leak — so you know exactly where to spend your next month.
Founding price · one-off
- A 45-minute personal Loom of me walking through your funnel, page by page
- A written report with 5 ranked fixes, each tied to a specific revenue leak
- A 45-minute live call to debate priorities and answer questions
- Async Slack or WhatsApp follow-up for two weeks after delivery
Sprint
Four weeks where I work alongside your team. We pick the biggest lever, I help write and ship the fix, and we measure the before/after on real revenue.
Founding price · per sprint
- Kickoff workshop (90 min) mapping your funnel, goals, and constraints
- Weekly live syncs + async Slack/WhatsApp channel for the full sprint
- Hands-on work on the fixes: I write copy, spec flows, review builds, ship tests with your team
- A before/after revenue measurement at the end — so the work has a number attached
Only one Sprint per month. Teardown slots are limited by how many I can personally turn around — if the button is grey, the cohort is full and waitlist opens next month.

- Who is this for?
- Founders or operators of businesses between €10K and €500K MRR. You have traction but growth is stuck — signups that do not activate, trials that do not convert, retention leaking, attribution blind.
- What is the difference between Teardown and Sprint?
- Teardown is a diagnosis: you get ranked fixes and know exactly where to spend your next month. Sprint is execution: I work alongside your team for four weeks and the fixes ship with me in the room.
- Can I do Sprint without Teardown first?
- Yes. If you already know the problem and want execution help, skip straight to Sprint. If you are not sure where the biggest lever is, do Teardown first — many clients do exactly that.
- What kind of businesses do you work with?
- Mostly B2B SaaS, self-serve products, and SMBs running on WhatsApp + Instagram. Not enterprise sales, not hypergrowth scale-ups, not agencies — those have their own teams.
- Does this overlap with the Turbo product?
- Turbo is the AI product (early access). Consulting is me personally. You can do both — in fact, some Turbo early access customers come through Teardown first. Separate purchases.
